Unfortunately, Helios Applications' and the manufacturer
have been unable to come to terms regarding some critical contract
issues and the manufacturer has executed its option to terminate
Helios Applications effective immediately. This site remains published
while Helios Applications regroups and contemplates a new
business plan.
